We are looking for an expert who can provide valuable insights to enhance our understanding of advertisers and influence critical business decisions. Your role will involve conducting quantitative research studies that empower product, sales, and engineering teams to better grasp advertiser preferences and behaviors. You will take charge of research projects from start to finish, including measurement strategies, data collection, analysis, and reporting. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify relevant research topics and maintain an effective research roadmap. Utilize descriptive, inferential, and experimental methodologies to gain a deep understanding of advertisers. Design and analyze surveys, randomized experiments, and manage large data sets. Work with business intelligence teams to integrate survey data with advertiser engagement metrics. Create repeatable systems for measuring key advertiser metrics to guide product development. Synthesize various data sources to derive actionable insights that drive informed decision-making. Support team members in recognizing and implementing best research practices. Requirements: BA/BS in statistics, experimental psychology, cognitive science, or related field. A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in quantitative research. Proficiency in survey programming and analysis tools. Expertise in advanced statistical techniques and principles of experimental design. Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. A portfolio showcasing relevant research and insights. Fluency in both Mandarin and English. Preferred Qualifications: MA/MS in a relevant discipline. 7+ years of experience in a fast-paced research role. Experience with consumer technology and AI research. Our compensation package is competitive, reflecting the various geographic markets we operate in, with the base salary ranging from $117,100/year to $193,600/year based on experience.
