Senior Oracle EBS/Fusion Developer - Manufacturing and SCM

Position Overview: Join our dynamic team as a Senior Oracle EBS/Fusion Developer specializing in Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules. In this key role, you will leverage your expertise to design, develop, and enhance Oracle ERP solutions that drive operational efficiency across various functional areas including manufacturing, order management, inventory, and procurement. Key Responsibilities: Partner with business stakeholders and IT teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions. Design and implement customizations, extensions, and integrations in Oracle E-Business Suite (R12) and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud. Configure and support Oracle Configurator, handling model building, rule creation, user interface development, and publications management. Develop and manage integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and other web services. Conduct unit testing, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and troubleshoot production issues. Lead technical design sessions with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals. Maintain coding standards, documentation practices, and change management protocols. Create and update comprehensive technical documentation, user guides, and system manuals. Assist in preparing end-user training materials and support change management activities during new releases. Stay current with Oracle roadmap updates, new features, and industry best practices to suggest enhancements. Qualifications: Bachelor's/Associate degree in computer science, management information systems, or a related field. Proven experience in Manufacturing and Supply Chain business functions. Hands-on experience with the Oracle Configurator module, including configuration modeling and rule creation. Experience in implementing Oracle Fusion and/or Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)-R12 Manufacturing modules such as Oracle Inventory, Oracle WIP, Oracle BOM, Oracle Pricing. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Experience in writing software requirements and test specifications. Strong knowledge of SQL and database tools. Capability to understand business functionality and convert it into application requirements. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
