What You Will Do Design and conduct experiments to test hypotheses and validate model assumptions. Analyze experimental results and provide strategic recommendations for optimization. Implement clustering, classification, regression, and other machine learning algorithms as required. Utilize data mining techniques to extract actionable insights from both structured and unstructured data. Identify patterns and anomalies in data to detect fraud, predict customer behavior, and optimize business processes. Develop and deploy predictive models using advanced machine learning algorithms. Engage in feature engineering, model selection, and hyperparameter tuning to enhance model performance. Evaluate model accuracy, precision, recall, and other performance metrics to ensure optimal outcomes. Minimum Qualifications 2 years of experience in software development or a related field. 2 years of experience working on projects implementing solutions through iterative agile development and the software development life cycle (SDLC). 2 years experience with frontend technologies, middleware, database technologies, or DevOps. Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree). Preferred Skills/Education Proven experience in data science, machine learning, or predictive analytics roles. Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in data science (e.g., Python, R). Experience with AI/ML platforms and technologies such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, NLP, LLM, GenAI. Benefits 401k with up to 4.25% match. Bi-annual Cash Bonus.
