Role Overview:
The Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) will play a pivotal role in understanding business processes to capture and evaluate user requirements, delivering comprehensive solutions that align with team and company objectives. You will be an integral part of the team responsible for designing, building, and maintaining our Salesforce platform and its associated technologies for Sales Operations and Deal Desk departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and identify processes and user needs for system requirements.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless, end-to-end customer experience.
Effectively communicate business requirements to the development team for custom solutions and testing.
Enhance the Salesforce.com platform for the Sales Operations department by participating in design, development, testing, and release initiatives.
Contribute to cross-functional projects that involve integrating Salesforce with other applications.
Qualifications:
6-8 years of experience in a business systems delivery team, ideally within a rapidly growing organization.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills to set up and interpret logic, data tables, and relationship rules.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive customer service mindset.
Deep understanding of sales processes, including Accounts, Opportunities, and Leads.
Familiarity with Agile processes and Kanban methodologies.
