Your responsibilities will include: Managing and executing components of extensive projects from data gathering to insights communication. Providing data management processes such as building queries, organizing data, and designing comprehensive reports for visualizing business performance. Retrieving and analyzing substantial datasets using tools like Excel and SQL, and creating impactful business intelligence reports with Tableau or Power BI. Ensuring data quality and report accuracy while fostering a customer-centric approach to resolve discrepancies. Developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance reporting processes. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of existing programs and identify opportunities for process improvement. Using advanced analytical techniques to explore complex queries and enhance customer experience. To be successful in this role, you should have: A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in tax, finance, or a related analytical field. Expertise in writing SQL queries and using reporting tools like Tableau or Power BI. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Experience in defining requirements and leveraging data to drive business insights. Proficient skills in Excel for data manipulation and analysis. Preferred qualifications: A Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics. Expert-level SQL knowledge and advanced financial modeling capabilities.
