Join the Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) team as a Data Scientist, where you'll empower customers to leverage AI solutions for transformative business outcomes. This dynamic team of scientists, engineers, and architects creates custom solutions by harnessing the potential of AI.
In this role, you will:
Implement full-cycle AI/ML and GenAI projects—from assessing business needs to data preparation, model development, solution deployment, and ongoing monitoring.
Collaborate with fellow AI/ML experts to research, design, and build effective AI algorithms and ML systems using AWS services to tackle real-world challenges.
Engage directly with customers to understand their business issues, offering insights and guidance to ensure successful adoption and deployment.
Create and deliver best practice recommendations, tutorials, blog articles, sample code, and presentations catered to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Gather customer and market feedback for product and engineering teams to help shape future product developments.
This is a customer-facing role, which may involve travel to client sites as required.

Experience with AI agents, orchestration approaches, and related frameworks. 5+ years of experience in deep learning and computer vision using PyTorch or TensorFlow. Experience launching AI applications on AWS and with MLOps best practices. Exceptional communication skills with a knack for explaining complex concepts to diverse audiences.
