Data Entry Specialist
Robert Half Finance & Accounting Contract Talent is currently seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist for a contract role with one of our trusted healthcare clients. This position will focus on supporting the medical collections team with high-volume data entry and documentation tasks. While prior healthcare experience is not required, strong data accuracy and organizational skills are essential. Day-To-Day Responsibilities
Enter and update patient billing and insurance information into internal systems Assist with organizing and tracking outstanding medical receivables Log collection activity notes and follow-up actions with accuracy and timeliness Review, verify, and maintain payment records and documentation Support special projects to reduce backlog and ease team workload Qualifications
