As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for the full stack application architecture, performance engineering, and product launch, transforming our initial solution into an industry-leading offering. Your first-hand experience in addressing Amazon's internal challenges provides invaluable insights into how this product can greatly enhance collaboration for customers in a rapidly changing work environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead the team's end-to-end development process, collaborating closely with senior technical leaders across the organization. Utilize your strong understanding of computer science fundamentals and practical industry experience to work across the full stack. Create rapid prototypes that gather customer feedback, iterating to develop robust and scalable solutions based on customer and business needs. Establish trust and build relationships with diverse stakeholders, including development peers, product managers, and service leadership. Basic Qualifications: 5+ years of professional software development experience. Proficiency in at least one programming language, with 5+ years of related experience. 5+ years of experience leading the design and architecture of systems, emphasizing reliability and scalability. Experience mentoring, acting as a tech lead, or leading an engineering team. Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of full software development life cycle experience, covering coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations. Our compensation is competitive and reflects the cost of labor across various U.S. geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $151,300/year in our lowest geographic market to $261,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is influenced by factors such as market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role will remain posted until filled.
