As a leader, you will coach and inspire a team of technically skilled Solution Architects, helping them develop best practices in solution selling and architecture presentations. You will:
Engage deeply with customers and key AWS partners.
Recruit, onboard, train, and foster the growth of new Solution Architects.
Educate customers on AWS's value, ensuring solutions are tailored for successful cloud deployment.
Prepare your team to conduct training sessions that transfer crucial technical skills to customers considering or using AWS.
Build strong relationships with decision-makers to empower them to become Cloud advocates.
Act as a liaison between customers and AWS service engineering teams.

Basic Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in enterprise IT applications, including 2 years of hands-on software development or DevOps experience.
2+ years working with cloud service providers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
8+ years leading technology solutions and IT transformation roadmaps toward the cloud.
Experience mentoring and managing teams in customer-facing roles.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in cloud migration and modernization.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Location: Seattle, WA. The base pay range for this position is $152,100/year to $262,800/year based on your skills and experience. Additional compensation may include equity, sign-on payments, and a variety of benefits.
