Join Our Team as a Senior PeopleSoft Developer!
We are seeking a talented and experienced PeopleSoft Developer who can enhance and support our PeopleSoft and Oracle EBS applications. This role requires a unique combination of technical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with our business teams. Key Responsibilities:
Develop customized solutions using PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, App Designer, and Integration Broker.
Collaborate with the Human Resources team to enhance the PeopleSoft application, focusing on Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, and Time and Labor modules.
Provide both technical and functional support by analyzing and resolving issues within the PeopleSoft application.
Create clear technical specifications and design documents that accurately reflect business requirements.
Adapt to dynamic project needs which may require extended hours, including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven track record in effective problem-solving.
Strong understanding of business processes and their application within PeopleSoft functionalities.
Ability to adapt to the evolving PeopleSoft landscape and changing user requirements.
Exceptional time management skills to meet project milestones and deliverables.
Flexible availability for work hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and night shifts as project demands dictate.
We offer a competitive starting salary between $120,000 - $150,000 based on experience, seniority, geographic location, and other factors as permitted by law. This position may require occasional commutes to our offices in Westbury, NY, or Union Square, NY for a hybrid work schedule.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate degree or technical school certificate.
A minimum of 5 years of related experience.
In-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft applications, specifically Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, and Time and Labor modules.
Experience with PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, App Designer, and Integration Broker.
Familiarity with Oracle Financials is a plus.
