Join us to make a greater impact together. What You'll Do: Lead implementation teams in delivering intricate technical solutions utilizing Appian and related technologies. Guide clients on Agile methodologies, Quality Assurance, and governance for implementing multiple applications on a platform. Support design, development, and testing activities across various client projects. Oversee large-scale implementation teams comprising multiple development pods. Advise clients on architecture design, platform scalability, configuration management, DevSecOps, and other program initiatives to ensure technical success. Ensure solutions are built for optimal scale and performance. Create and document best practices for implementation and develop knowledge base articles for internal training. Provide thought leadership focused on process improvement. Support internal solutions and infrastructure tools. Mentor, train, and enable team members for success. Who We Are Looking For:
Groundswell seeks experienced Appian Consultants to lead our delivery teams and serve as trusted advisors to our clients. Principal Appian Consultants play a key role in scaling our business by offering expert guidance on solution delivery and integrating advanced Appian solutions into our clients' architectures. They also mentor teams on best practices and work on the most challenging Appian programs while implementing processes to enhance business efficiency. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience with Appian solutions. 5+ years of related IT experience. Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or a related field. Active Lead Certification. Expertise in Appian delivery using Agile methodology. Strong technical design, implementation, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts effectively; strong active listening skills to gather vital information from partners. Highly organized with keen attention to detail, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. Proficient with RDBMS (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL/MariaDB). Knowledgeable in web services, integrations, and middleware (e.g., RESTful/SOAP, Mule/IIB/Fusion). Must be a U.S. Citizen (no dual citizenship). Possess an Active Clearance or be clearable. Preferred Skills: UI/UX Design. Cloud Computing/IaaS (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Authentication (e.g., SAML, Kerberos, OAuth, LDAP). Data management and data visualization/BI.
