Join Amazon Advertising LLC as a Senior Technical Consultant in our rapidly growing Ad Tech sector. Our suite of products, including Amazon DSP (ADSP) and Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC), empowers businesses to achieve significant advertising results by leveraging Amazon's unique media and e-commerce assets.
In this key role within our Ad Tech Solutions (ATS) team, you will help clients navigate technical challenges related to conversion tracking, data uploads, API development, and customizing SQL queries in AMC. Collaborating closely with our Ad Tech Account Executives, your goal will be to foster client adoption of DSP and AMC, ultimately enhancing their advertising ROI.
Your expertise will guide Data Analysts, Data Scientists, IT Analysts, and Developers in overcoming complex technical issues, allowing them to make informed advertising and strategic decisions. Additionally, you will lead tailored customer engagements, highlighting the synergistic benefits of AMC and DSP in conjunction with their AWS technology investments.
Key Responsibilities:
In partnership with the ad tech sales team, illustrate the value proposition of Amazon's Ad Tech Suite and partake in comprehensive technical discussions and design workshops aimed at crafting exceptional solutions.
Lead data and analytics discussions, immersing yourself in customers' technical needs and business objectives to drive usage and adoption.
Advocate for customers by leveraging insights from engagements to influence future integration and ad technology roadmaps with our engineering teams.
Contribute to creating best practices, packaged offerings, certification paths, white papers, and engaging workshops.
Travel to client locations as needed to provide on-site support and training.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of professional or military experience.
7+ years of experience in technical specialization, design, and architecture.
3+ years of experience in integration, testing, and automation.
7+ years of experience in external or internal customer-facing roles, managing complex, large-scale projects.
Proficiency in SQL, especially in crafting queries with advertising data or within data clean rooms.
Preferred Qualifications:
AWS Professional level certification.
