Join our team as a Data Scientist specializing in Reputation Marketing and Insights, where you will play a crucial role in evolving our paid marketing strategies across digital, social, and addressable channels. As a Data Scientist, your primary responsibility will be to create innovative measurement solutions to evaluate the effectiveness of our marketing initiatives. Unlike traditional marketing metrics, our success is gauged through offline outcomes, particularly attitudinal changes captured through randomized-controlled trials and surveys.
In this role, you will collaborate with various vendor partners, operations, technical teams, and stakeholders—both technical and non-technical—to develop integrated models that combine survey data with media data and other relevant inputs. Your work will generate actionable insights that enhance our understanding of ROI from our paid media initiatives, enabling us to drive impactful optimizations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop innovative measurement methodologies to enhance our paid marketing program.
Collaborate with a diverse team to identify data-driven strategies.
Construct models that inform large-scale budget and media buying decisions.
Utilize AWS technologies such as AWS Clean Rooms, Sagemaker, and others effectively.
Communicate findings and methodologies to technical and non-technical stakeholders efficiently.
Basic Qualifications:
2+ years of experience as a data scientist.
3+ years of experience with data querying languages (e.g., SQL), scripting languages (e.g., Python), or statistical software (e.g., R, SAS).
Extensive experience in machine learning and statistical modeling techniques.
Familiarity with AWS services such as S3, Redshift, and EC2.
Expertise in survey data analysis including weighting methods and survey design.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Python, Perl, or another scripting language.
Background in machine learning or data science within a large technology company.
Ability to develop experimental and analytical plans for data modeling.
Understanding of the digital advertising landscape and paid marketing campaign dynamics.

The base pay for this position ranges from $125,500/year to $212,800/year, depending on location and individual qualifications.
