Join us as a Data Scientist in Reputation Marketing and Insights, where you will drive innovative measurement solutions to enhance our extensive paid marketing program across digital, social, and addressable channels. Our dedicated team aims to create an industry-leading program that successfully shifts perceptions on vital brand issues.
Your contributions will focus on measuring offline outcomes that are typically challenging to track. Using randomized controlled trials and survey methodologies, you will help us assess the effectiveness of our media in influencing attitudes, steering away from traditional metrics like sales or conversions.
In this role, you will collaborate with various vendor partners, our Operations and Tech team, and a range of stakeholders, both technical and non-technical, to develop models that integrate survey data, media performance data, and other insights. This will empower the RMI team to assess the ROI of our paid media strategies and optimize for greater impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Enhance our marketing strategies through advanced data analysis and machine learning techniques.
Create models that will inform large-scale budget and media buying decisions.
Work with a team of media strategists, researchers, and creative talent to align data insights with strategic objectives.
Communicate findings effectively to ensure all stakeholders understand their implications.
Utilize cutting-edge AWS technologies, such as AWS Clean Rooms and SageMaker, to implement innovative methodologies.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a data scientist.
At least 3 years of proficiency in data querying languages like SQL, and scripting languages such as Python.
Experience with machine learning and statistical modeling tools.
Familiarity with AWS services including S3, Redshift, SageMaker, EMR, Kinesis, Lambda, and EC2.
Well-versed in statistical measures and survey data analytics.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Python or similar scripting languages.
Background in data science within a large tech environment.
Ability to design experimental plans for data modeling processes.
Familiarity with the digital advertising landscape and marketing campaign optimization.

The position may be located in Seattle, WA, with a competitive salary ranging from $125,500 to $212,800 annually, based on various factors including location and experience.
