Job Description
Insight Global is looking to add a Scrum Master to our client's team in the St. Louis, MO area. This individual will be joining a team dedicated to mobile orders for our client's product catalog. This team has primarily consisted of all developers so this Scrum Master is a new new addition to support the team and run daily stand ups. They will be supporting roughly 3 teams. This person will be working with Jira for project tracking needs and will need to be comfortable communicating with leadership and cross functionally. This role is 4 days on site and 1 remote.

Skills and Requirements
7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
Experience supporting development teams and supporting more than 1 team at once
Experience with project tracking tool such as Jira or Confluence
Experience communicating with leqdership
Strong communication skills Telecom industry experience
Experience introducing agile into a new environment or experience as an agile coach null
