Join us as an IT Business Systems Analyst, where you will play a crucial role in resolving system challenges and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance our specialty application, ScriptMed. Key Responsibilities: Understand business requirements and ensure IT Business Requirement Specification acceptance criteria are met before sign-off. Document system enhancement scopes and provide detailed estimates based on project scope. Conduct interviews with stakeholders to gather and document business needs for specialized modifications to the ScriptMed application. Engage actively in discussions regarding ScriptMed configuration solutions, ensuring clarity of requirements and approaches. Facilitate solution design review discussions and coordinate with Quality Assurance and UAT resources for effective testing. Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor for junior team members within the Specialty IT team. Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance team and system development processes. Facilitate Scrum events, such as daily stand-ups and sprint reviews, while aiding the product owner in managing the product backlog. Monitor and report on project status, issues, and risks throughout the project lifecycle. Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. A minimum of 2 years of experience in functional system requirements analysis specific to ScriptMed. Must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring work visa or residency sponsorship. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management or healthcare, with knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and regulatory requirements. Familiarity with software development life cycle processes. Proficiency in tools such as Visio, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project. Physical Demands: Ability to travel between Prime locations as necessary. Capability to work beyond core hours, as needed. Constantly required to sit and use hands for various tasks.
