Job Summary:

Join our team as a Provider Network Business Systems Administrator, where you'll enhance organizational efficiencies through advanced computer systems management. This role focuses on programming, networking, and database management with tools such as Salesforce, Conga Contract Lifecycle Management, and Virsys 12, among others. The ideal candidate will possess a broad understanding of provider network contracting and credentialing workflows, along with a solid foundation in computer systems fundamentals. This position demands effective decision-making skills in a competitive business environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide troubleshooting support for any software or network issues related to provider network administration applications within the Salesforce environment. Collaborate with the Molina IT Salesforce Team to identify and resolve user-reported problems. Configure software settings and manage directories as per project and operational requirements. Engage with vendor support to resolve technical issues with provider network administration software. Perform daily system monitoring and review application logs to ensure integrity and availability of key processes. Ensure essential file systems and data are accessible to the Provider Network User Community on a daily basis. Apply operating system patches and perform upgrades on a regular basis while managing administrative tools and utilities. Configure and add new services as necessary. Qualifications: Required Education:

Associate's Degree or equivalent experience. Required Experience:

4-6 years in a similar role. Preferred:

Salesforce Certification. Key Skills: Technical expertise in Business Information Systems Administration. Business application development and project management. Data management and business intelligence/analytics. Customer relationship management (CRM) and database administration. Physical Demands:
