Act as a liaison between customer and internal departments including sales, detailing, operations, superintendents, shop, etc.
Coordinate project requirements with the contractor's rep as well as with the rebar installer, engineer and or architect
Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to appropriate staff, workers and customers
Interpretation and application of job contracts
Oversee efforts to ensure that CMC fulfills contractual obligations on the assigned project(s) and review all RFI's and change orders
Represent the company in project meetings as needed
Schedule the detailing and delivery of required products and services with the contractor, detailers, and CMC production staff as needed
Travel safely to and from project sites
What You'll Need Minimum 3 - 5 years experience with rebar, concrete, or general contracting preferred
Project management experience preferred
Must be able to work well with others and create a team atmosphere starting with safety
Operates a computer proficiently (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
Must be able to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders and steps, work outside under all weather conditions when needed
Your Education Bachelor or Associate Degree preferred
A combination of formal education and/or directly related work experience may substitute for the degree.
