The Opportunity

Develop custom solutions for our Government client within the ServiceNow Platform

Work with internal and external stakeholders to identify process deficiencies and explore possible solutions

Work with a team of experienced ServiceNow developers to sharpen your scripting skills

Create Flows and automations in support of client projects

Responsibilities

Script in the ServiceNow Platform

Participate in the Agile SDLC to work stories through the process

Contribute to process discussions and present potential solutions

Receive customer clients and translate them into functional requirements

Build automations and workflows to specifications

Qualifications

5+ years experience working within the ServiceNow platform

Demonstrated experience working with Flow Designer, scripts, and other ServiceNow developer items

Experience working within an Agile SDLC Framework

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field(s) OR relevant, real-world experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desired

Experience within the ITSM, HAM, and SAM modules of ServiceNow

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) Certification

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Certification

A "Secret" clearance is required to begin employment.

Pay Range

: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$79,400 - $162,700
