Company Summary: Enterprise Engineering Services, LLC (EES) of Marlton, NJ is looking to hire full-time Project Managers to support FAA efforts in Reston / Herndon, VA.

Position Summary: EES is seeking Project Managers – Agile at the Journeyman, Senior, and SME levels to lead backlog management, stakeholder engagement, and agile execution across FAA modernization initiatives. These roles ensure that efforts remain prioritized, collaborative, and aligned with FAA goals.

Qualifications:

Journeyman: Education: BS/BA

Experience: 5–7 years

Senior: Education: BS/BA

Experience: 8–11 years

SME: Education: BS/BA

Experience: 12+ years

Experience managing agile projects and leading cross-functional teams

Proficiency in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Familiarity with FAA operational goals and modernization priorities

Ability to coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams

Knowledge of agile tools and reporting frameworks

U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead agile execution across FAA BNATCS workstreams

Manage product backlogs and prioritize tasks based on stakeholder input

Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

Ensure alignment of project goals with FAA modernization objectives

Coordinate with engineering, cybersecurity, and operations teams

Monitor progress and report on key performance indicators
