DESCRIPTION: The HR Data Entry Clerk is responsible for the day-to-day administrative duties in the Human Resources and Warehouse Departments. The duties include, but not limited to, verifying and tracking the time and attendance, tracking productivity and drafting warnings, and be point of contact for all warehouse employees.
FUNCTIONS:
Verify and track employee attendance
Utilize ADP daily for attendance documentation
Utilize time card system (Novatime) to ensure employee punches are correct
Run weekly reports to track attendance
Run daily reports to report OT
Receiving calls and messages of employees calling out or late
Draft warnings as necessary
Assist new hires with on boarding process (ADP); coordinate new hire orientation and all training paperwork
Manage the headset systems (Vocollect and Zebra): process new hires and terms- grant/remove access for warehouse employees
Weekly data entry: running reports, compiling and entering data
Track employee production and draft warnings as necessary; ensure all warnings are signed and returned timely. Escalate any issues to management when necessary.
Identify reoccurring issues and collaborate with the HR team to resolve
Be point of contact for warehouse employees
Handle the electronic filing of all personnel documents
REQUIREMENTS:
Bilingual English / Spanish required
High School diploma is required.
1 to 3 years admin experience
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Knowledge of MS Outlook and Excel
Efficient, organized, flexible and dependable
Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now a plus
