In this role, you will be engaged in a variety of research initiatives designed to understand Prime and its customers. This is a unique opportunity to analyze the entire user journey across all Amazon products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute comprehensive mixed methods research studies, combining quantitative analysis (surveys, statistical review) with qualitative insights (interviews, focus groups).
Manage research lifecycle stages, from the proposal creation to analysis and insights delivery.
Implement research methodologies tailored to business objectives and timelines.
Oversee large-scale customer experience tracker surveys, including design and optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including senior leadership, engineers, and product managers to promote customer-centric strategies.
Identify process improvements to enhance research quality and efficiency.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Psychology, Human Factors, or Statistics.
3+ years of mixed methods research experience, particularly in quantitative analyses.
Proficiency with survey design and administration tools like Qualtrics.
Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as SPSS, R, or advanced Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced degree in a relevant field.
Expertise in statistical techniques for survey analysis.
Proven experience leading extensive research projects and collaborating with multifaceted teams.
