Overview As a Lead Business Analyst, you will join a team responsible for supporting technology for Chick-fil-A’s Staff Technology. As our business grows in sales and complexity, new processes and systems to support this growth are required to scale and thrive. In this role, you will serve as a liaison between DTT and Organizational Planning, providing technical and functional solutions to support Chick-fil-A’s growth. You will partner with Organizational Planning, Financial Planning and Talent Planning to implement technology to support our annual planning process and supporting processes.

Responsibilities

Serves as a trusted technology advisor to the Organizational Planning Department.

Partners with Organizational Planning, Financial Planning and Talent Planning to understand business goals and gather business requirements.

Leads multiple small projects to medium projects providing both technical and functional solutions to help the

Planning Departments achieve strategic goals and objectives.

Understands Organizational Planning’s procedures and technology capabilities and recommends process changes to standardize functionality and reduce manual work.

Serves as subject matter expert in Organizational Planning and Talent Planning data in multiple systems and maps it to create new reporting capabilities.

Partners with the business to lead vendor selection processes for new solutions and leads technical implementation.

Translates complex business requirements into technical specifications, taking into account impact on integrated systems.

Performs unit testing and facilitates user acceptance testing.

Supports existing solutions and integrations, troubleshooting and serving as primary point of contact for technical issues.

Partners with and oversees vendors for enhancements and integrations to systems, serving as technical liaison for system issues between Organizational Planning and vendors.

Retires technical debt when onboarding new solutions and integrations.

Works with other functional and technical teams in DTT to document, develop, test, and support solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience from which comparable skills can be acquired

Strong interpersonal skills and desire to work collaboratively

Attention to detail

Organized and comfortable with managing project details

Adaptable and comfortable navigating ambiguity

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Experience Conducting Vendor Selection

Experience with SaaS Implementations

Experience leading a software implementation

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

5+ years of experience

Experience with organizational planning, strategy execution management tools

Understanding of organizational planning and talent planning practices

Experience with Microsoft Power Platform
