Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Lead ServiceNow Developer to enhance and optimize ServiceNow ITAM, ITSM, and ITOM modules. In this role, you will ensure the configuration meets customer requirements while solving issues to boost platform efficiency. Collaborate with clients, stay updated on industry trends, and complete projects on time while supporting the SHI team in managing expectations.
Role Description
Your responsibilities will include:
Implementing and optimizing ServiceNow ITAM, ITSM, and ITOM modules, including configuration, workflow, reporting, and custom scripting.
Collaborating with customers to align configurations with their requirements and drafting detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
Developing and customizing ServiceNow applications with a strong focus on Flow Designer.
Serving as both a system administrator and developer, managing platform operations while driving development initiatives.
Identifying and resolving issues within ServiceNow environments to improve efficiency.
Staying informed on industry trends and new ServiceNow offerings to enhance usability.
Completing projects within established timelines and KPIs.
Contributing to the achievement of business objectives and driving key ServiceNow initiatives.
Pursuing ongoing training and certifications to stay current with ServiceNow products and functionalities.
Maintaining broad knowledge of ITAM, ITOM, ITSM, and software life-cycle processes.

Candidates must have:
Strong integration experience connecting ServiceNow with other systems.
Knowledge of ITIL v4 framework.
5+ years of experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow projects.
Proven experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications.
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Other Requirements
A completed Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience and:
3-5 years of experience with ServiceNow.
3-5 years of experience with web technologies (XML, HTML, AJAX, etc.).
Fluency in ITIL methodologies and JavaScript.
Detailed knowledge of relational databases and Directory service integration experience.
Knowledge of Single Sign-on methods.
Compensation
The base salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $140,000. The estimated on-target earnings (OTE), including base salary and bonuses, range from $130,000 to $180,000, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
