Job Summary The Senior ServiceNow Developer will play a critical role in implementing and optimizing the ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM), IT Service Management (ITSM), and IT Operations Management (ITOM) modules. You will ensure configurations meet customer requirements while resolving any potential concerns to enhance platform efficiency. This position requires close collaboration with customers, a keen awareness of industry trends, and a commitment to managing project timelines and expectations effectively. Key Responsibilities: Implement and optimize ServiceNow ITAM, ITSM, and ITOM modules, focusing on configuration, workflow, and integrations. Collaborate with customers to tailor ServiceNow configurations to their specific needs and create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria. Identify and resolve potential issues within customer environments to improve platform efficiency. Stay updated on industry trends and new ServiceNow capabilities to enhance usability. Complete projects within deadlines and key performance indicators (KPIs). Support SHI teams in managing project timelines and customer expectations effectively. Drive ITAM initiatives and strive to exceed business objectives. Engage in ongoing training and certifications to remain updated with ServiceNow products and functionalities. Maintain extensive knowledge of ITAM, ITOM, ITSM, and software life-cycle processes. Adhere to departmental standards, ensuring professionalism, quality, and consistency. Desired Skills and Competencies: Strong integration experience with the capability to connect ServiceNow to other systems. Familiarity with the ITIL v4 framework and its application in service management. Minimum of 5 years of experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow projects. Proven expertise with ServiceNow Flow Designer for creating and managing workflows. Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD). In-depth understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices. Experience with common web technologies, including XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, and networking protocols. Familiarity with IT service management processes, such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management. Preferably fluent in JavaScript and relational databases. Experience in directory service integration, especially with Active Directory and LDAP. Additional language skills (French or Spanish) are a plus. Compensation:

The base salary ranges from $88,000 to $125,000, with estimated on-target earnings (OTE), including base salary and bonus, between $110,000 and $160,000. Compensation will vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. Equal Employment Opportunity
