Your role will involve: Leading the development and launch of key product features to enhance analytics at scale. Influencing our overall strategy through the definition of product features. Driving system architecture and spearheading best practices for high-quality products. Have a solid understanding of Computer Science fundamentals, along with practical experience in large-scale distributed systems. Within ITA, the Hiring Intelligence, Science & Experimentation (HIRISE) team focuses on turning data and insights into action through interactive products and online assessments. Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Java, C++, or C#, with a focus on object-oriented design. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent field. Experience with the complete software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
