Our CDL A Delivery Truck Drivers earn between $30.32 and $37.90 per hour, depending on experience. YOUR ROLE AS A DRIVER: As a vital member of the US FOODS® team, you will represent our brand while ensuring that our products are delivered on time and with exceptional customer service. Your role includes: Delivering best-in-class customer service. Transporting orders to meet scheduled delivery times and maintain productivity. Unloading products with a hand truck and placing items in customer storage areas. Handling repeated manual lifting of items up to 80 pounds. Making frequent stops during your shift. Providing deliveries in various weather conditions. Confirming delivery of items with customers. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED: Must be at least 21 years old. Valid CDL Class A License with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications. High school diploma or GED preferred. Current U.S. driver’s license issued by your state of legal residence. No more than two traffic violations in the past two years; no DUI convictions in the last three years; no driver's license suspensions in the last three years. Minimum of six months of commercial driving experience or three months in food and beverage delivery. Must be able to pass a DOT physical.
