Senior Business Analyst, Amazon Warehousing & Distribution Job ID: 2963672 | Services LLC We are seeking a results-oriented Senior Business Analyst to support the AWD marketing team. The role involves analyzing data to inform marketing strategies that focus on engagement and retention, moving beyond acquisition. The ideal candidate has a strong background in mathematics or statistics, experience in business analysis, and the ability to translate data insights into strategic recommendations for senior leadership. The candidate should be organized, capable of managing multiple projects, and curious about data-driven solutions to enhance AWD marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities Develop analytical solutions to identify key drivers of AWD marketing performance. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to analyze outliers and anomalies. Aggregate and retrieve data from multiple sources to support decision-making. Identify root causes of business issues and explore future opportunities. Communicate complex insights clearly to stakeholders and leadership. Partner with marketing managers to develop metrics and analyses for evaluation and implementation. Work with large datasets, automate data extraction, and build dashboards for monitoring and reporting. Write high-quality SQL queries for data retrieval and analysis. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years of experience with Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots) and data visualization tools such as Tableau. 3+ years of experience in business or financial analysis. Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Proven experience in defining requirements and using data to generate insights. Proficiency in Excel and SQL. Ability to influence stakeholders and make business recommendations. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience in retail, ecommerce, or supply chain is highly advantageous for onboarding.
