We are looking for a results-driven Lead Business Analyst to join our Warehousing & Distribution marketing team. In this role, you will analyze data to shape marketing strategies focused on enhancing engagement and retention, moving beyond simple acquisition. Key Responsibilities: Develop analytical solutions to pinpoint key drivers of marketing performance. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to investigate data anomalies and insights. Aggregate data from diverse sources to support informed decision-making. Identify root causes of business issues and explore new opportunities. Effectively communicate complex insights to stakeholders and leadership. Work closely with marketing managers to create metrics and analyses for evaluation and implementation. Handle large datasets, automate data extraction, and design dashboards for reporting. Write high-quality SQL queries for data retrieval and analysis. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots) and data visualization tools such as Tableau. 3+ years of experience in business or financial analysis. Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Proven ability to define requirements and generate insights from data. Strong proficiency in Excel and SQL. Ability to influence stakeholders and provide actionable business recommendations. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in retail, ecommerce, or supply chain is highly advantageous for onboarding. Our compensation varies by geographic market, with a range from $66,900 to $143,100 annually, which may include equity, sign-on bonuses, and other benefits.
