This pivotal role involves developing new features, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring high-quality code while supporting continuous integration and deployment processes. Role Responsibilities Collaborate with teams to design, implement, and maintain innovative software solutions using various programming languages. Develop and implement new features or enhance existing software based on user requirements. Efficiently identify and resolve complex technical issues with effective problem-solving skills. Demonstrate a continuous desire to learn about emerging technologies and industry trends. Maintain high-quality code through thorough code reviews, testing, and debugging. Support CI/CD processes to ensure code stability, security, and quality. Create and manage technical documentation for knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. Adapt promptly to the fast-paced work environment and changing project requirements. Take initiative and work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting. Key Skills and Requirements Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies. Proficient in scripting and programming languages for software solution development. Experience in system design and infrastructure management. Ability to manage project specifications by engaging with stakeholders. Knowledge of DevOps practices including CI/CD and infrastructure as code. Proficient in SQL for database management and handling data-related tasks. Experience with Platforms as a Service (PaaS), preferably AWS or Azure. Familiarity with Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks. Knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or relevant work experience. 2-4 years of software development experience. 2-4 years of experience in developing modern web applications. Advanced AWS or Azure Certification is preferred. Willingness to travel up to 10%. Compensation The estimated annual pay range for this position is $80,000 - $125,000, inclusive of base salary and bonuses. Compensation will be aligned with your skills, experience, and market conditions. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending options. This position is required to report to the SHI office in Austin, TX as determined by SHI management.
