Key Responsibilities:

Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of professional software development experience.
Proficient in at least one programming language (Java, C++, or C#).
Experienced in leading design initiatives and architectural improvements.
Proven track record in mentoring and leading engineering teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards and testing.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
Experience delivering complex software systems to customers.
Strong background in system architecture and design patterns.
