Amazon Web Services (AWS) . This position is part of the AWS Specialist and Partner Organization (ASP). Our specialists drive the end-to-end go-to-market strategies for their respective technology domains, providing the business and technical expertise necessary to help our customers succeed. Partner teams own the strategy, recruiting, development, and growth of key technology and consulting partners to deliver the expertise and scale required to tackle customers' complex challenges. Amazon Web Services (AWS) is on the lookout for experienced and motivated technologists with a balance of technical depth and strong interpersonal skills. As a Partner Solutions Architect, you will collaborate with leading financial services technology companies, the APN, and various AWS teams to design highly scalable, flexible, and resilient joint partner solutions that address critical business problems and promote the adoption of AWS services. Your role will also entail working closely with sales to drive revenue growth among a select group of global financial services customers. You will act as a trusted advocate for our customers, helping them to understand best practices for advanced cloud-based solutions and guiding them through the migration of existing workloads to the cloud. This is a fantastic opportunity to influence the strategy and shape the usage of AWS within enterprise customers. We seek self-motivated individuals with a proven track record in software/technology sales or consulting. The ability to connect technology with business value is crucial. You should demonstrate strategic thinking regarding business, products, and technical challenges. We are looking for individuals with strong expertise in large-scale computing solutions, and you should have previous experience as a systems engineer or architect. You will benefit from honing your existing technical skills and learning new ones, contributing to in-depth architectural discussions, and participating in design exercises to create joint solutions built on AWS. Up to 30% travel may be required. Key Responsibilities: Engage deeply in technical discussions (e.g., design choices, best practices, use cases) with customer and partner teams. Exhibit deep knowledge of the Financial Services domain. Influence executive-level stakeholders effectively. Contribute significantly to technical solution discussions. Assist partners in identifying opportunities and risks associated with their technical decisions. Participate in the creation and dissemination of best practices, technical content, and new reference architectures (e.g., white papers, code samples). Evangelize AWS technology through workshops, meetups, public speaking, and other channels. Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking. Experience working with end-users or developer communities.
