Key Responsibilities: Develop full-stack technologies and services at a massive scale, designed for millions of users worldwide. Create delightful user experiences by leveraging Android, cloud services, and various frontend/backend technologies. Collaborate with Product, UX, and diverse engineering teams to define and implement innovative customer experiences. Deliver high-quality software in a dynamic, Agile/Scrum environment. You will: Lead the design and development of cutting-edge consumer product experiences that enhance our flagship offerings. Utilize your programming expertise and computer science knowledge to solve complex challenges. About the Team: The FBDA team merges advertising and mobile technology, smart TVs, and Alexa, helping customers discover and engage with content while optimizing pricing strategies for Amazon. Our technology is enjoyed by over 50 million active users globally, addressing significant challenges in the consumer electronics space via devices, mobile applications, and machine learning. Basic Qualifications: 3+ years of professional software development experience. 2+ years of experience in designing or architecting systems. Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Java, C++, C#) with a focus on object-oriented design. Experience in the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, and testing. Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent. Knowledge of Java/Kotlin and JavaScript/TypeScript. Strong algorithmic and debugging skills. Experience with cloud-based infrastructure. A positive attitude and willingness to contribute beyond job descriptions. Passion for digital entertainment, including TV and movies. The base pay for this position ranges from $129,300 to $223,600, based on factors such as market location and experience.
