This hands-on role is key to advancing our digital transformation and security initiatives, and will work closely with senior leadership to ensure technical alignment with strategic business goals. Key Responsibilities: Architect and implement a secure Microsoft 365 environment, including Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, and associated services. Lead the Active Directory migration to Entra ID to enable modern identity and access management capabilities. Manage the user lifecycle (onboarding/offboarding) and develop automated workflows in collaboration with HR and Security teams. Refine and enforce security policies using Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Purview (DLP, email protection, endpoint security). Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services including Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, and support Copilot integrations. Lead the Slack-to-Teams migration project across the organization. Troubleshoot and resolve escalated support tickets related to M365 technologies. Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, and Data Science teams to ensure compliance, innovation, and performance. Required Qualifications: 5-10 years of hands-on experience as a Microsoft 365 Engineer or Administrator. Deep expertise in Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Microsoft Intune. Strong PowerShell scripting skills for administration and automation. Proven experience supporting environments with 500+ users. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior leadership and cross-functional teams independently. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate. Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and other AI-enhanced productivity tools.
