Base pay range
$80.00/yr - $90.00/yr I’m partnered with a large U.S. telecom company that’s undergoing major wireless infrastructure upgrades — and they’re looking for an experienced Wireless Network Architect to lead high-level design across their 5G, LTE, Wi-Fi, and private wireless networks. You’ll be responsible for shaping the architecture of national-scale wireless systems — working across RAN, mobile core, RF planning, and cloud-native platforms. This is a senior-level role that sits at the intersection of strategy and delivery. What You’ll Be Doing: Leading architecture design for 5G (SA/NSA), LTE, Wi-Fi 6/7, and private networks Driving RAN and RF strategy, including spectrum planning and performance optimization Collaborating with engineering, product, and vendor teams to align on delivery Evaluating and integrating Open RAN, edge compute, and virtualized network functions What They’re Looking For: 8+ years in wireless network architecture, preferably in telecom or large-scale enterprise Strong hands-on experience with RAN, RF planning tools, core integration, and transport Background in cloud-native networks (CNFs/VNFs), Open RAN a plus Confident operating in a remote, high-trust environment with real ownership Start ideally within the next month. 12-month contract with possible extension based on project needs.
