Our Customer Engagement Technology (CET) department is at the forefront of innovation and is focused on improving customer interactions through advanced technology. We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Engineer to drive the adoption of data-informed experimentation and analytics within our Customer Service division. In this exciting role, you will: Collaborate with Product and Program Management teams to design experiments for new software features. Define key success metrics and build the necessary data pipelines to track them. Develop comprehensive reporting and processes to empower self-service analytics among Customer Service leaders. Leverage cloud technologies, including AWS, to tackle complex data warehousing challenges and enhance data visualization and self-service capabilities. Establish a robust reporting ecosystem and standards by working closely with technical managers and business leaders. The goal of our Business Intelligence team is to provide actionable insights into software usage, performance, and delivery. We achieve this through: Maintaining a standard for event publication and data enrichment for our partners. Building user-friendly self-service reports that allow teams to measure performance across various operational metrics. Facilitating hypothesis testing through a self-service test-and-learn architecture. Supporting daily business analytics to enhance decision-making processes. Basic Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in data analysis and interpretation, using databases like Redshift, Oracle, and NoSQL. Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Quicksight. Experience in data modeling, warehousing, and ETL pipeline development. Strong SQL skills for data extraction and Python for data processing. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with AWS solutions such as EC2, DynamoDB, S3, and Redshift. Compensation for this position ranges from $89,600 to $185,000 per year, reflecting various US geographic markets. Pay is determined by multiple factors, including market location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
