As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of Lowe's Workforce Management (WFM) programs. Your expertise will not only enhance store labor productivity but also deliver valuable analytics and insights to senior leadership, driving impactful changes across our multi-billion-dollar operations. Your Key Responsibilities: Identify and recommend opportunities for expense control and labor optimization to inform workforce management decisions. Conduct analyses to improve store productivity, delivering data-driven recommendations for high visibility projects. Perform in-depth analysis of labor allocation, incorporating engineered labor standards and field operations feedback for executive leadership recommendations. Synthesize information from diverse sources to derive actionable insights, including user feedback from store technology systems. Act as a liaison between AI engineers and store operations to implement advanced AI capabilities. Champion the value of AI through effective storytelling and visualizations, providing executive-ready insights. Present actionable insights to address workforce planning and management challenges. Benchmark project budgets and analyses to ensure adherence to resources and timelines, contributing to business success. Collaborate closely with HR and Finance on employee fill rates, hiring projections, staff planning, and financial planning. Qualifications: High School diploma or GED required. Bachelor's Degree in Operations Engineering, Management, Business Analysis, or a related field preferred. Master's Degree in a relevant field is a plus. Minimum of 3 years of experience in workforce planning, data science, or analytics. At least 2 years of experience in an analytical role and with business intelligence tools (MicroStrategy, Business Objects, etc.). Proficiency in business analysis and data visualization tools (SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) for analysis. Experience on Agile project management teams is a plus. Skilled in designing and analyzing A/B tests or operational experiments to gauge impact. Familiarity with retail functions such as demand forecasting and store operations. Ability to translate complex AI and computer vision outputs into clear business insights. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving abilities and a quick learner with the capability to manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
