Senior Principal Enterprise Information Architect - Client and Member

The Senior Principal Enterprise Information Architect plays a pivotal role in shaping data solutions that align with business and technology goals. This position is crucial for leading projects and systems encompassing applications, technologies, processes, and shared services focused on our Client and Member information domain. Key responsibilities include: Leading strategy development for enterprise information and data management. Creating architecture blueprints and roadmaps that communicate our information architecture strategy. Eliminating data redundancy and ensuring data integrity through established systems of record. Driving continuous improvement in information and data architecture practices. Establishing policies and standards to ensure accurate and reusable metadata. Engaging with leadership to identify innovation opportunities that drive business outcomes. Analyzing the business-IT landscape to address technical deficiencies and recommend enhancements. Coaching and mentoring technical teams to foster collaboration and innovation. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in relevant areas such as Business Analysis and Systems Architecture, with at least 5 years in an architect role. Additional qualifications include: Expertise in data modeling, governance, and quality management. Strong communication skills and the ability to influence multiple organizational levels. Experience with healthcare, insurance, and banking data standards. Knowledge of industry trends and regulatory requirements regarding information assets.
