Our team plays a vital role in managing critical metrics across supply chain flows and conducting advanced data analyses to unlock opportunities for algorithm enhancements. This position is essential for supporting our emerging country markets, especially as we expand our network and increase operational volumes. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain key metrics across all supply chain functions, focusing on critical performance indicators. Translate business challenges into analytical questions using statistical methods and available data. Conduct simulations and modeling studies to analyze complex supply chain scenarios pertaining to inventory placement and order fulfillment. Produce insights from data through metrics deep dives, with regular reporting on a weekly and monthly basis. Basic Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in data analysis and interpretation with systems like Redshift, Oracle, or NoSQL. Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Quicksight. Experience in data modeling, warehousing, and building ETL processes. Familiarity with statistical analysis software, including R, SAS, or Matlab. Strong SQL competency for data extraction and scripting experience (Python) for data processing. Bachelor's degree in Business Intelligence, Finance, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with AWS services such as EC2, DynamoDB, S3, and Redshift. Experience in data mining and handling large-scale datasets in business environments. Ability to define requirements and leverage data to draw actionable business insights. Knowledge of Supply Chain, Logistics, or e-commerce. Master's degree or equivalent experience.
