JOB SUMMARY
As a Business Systems Analyst Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting various analytical aspects of the application product life cycle within defined product scopes. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with customers to understand their needs, gathering project specifications, creating comprehensive business cases, analyzing data trends, and ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple systems.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate effectively with customers, Software Engineers, and team members to capture capability needs and deliver quality business solutions. Create and maintain essential documents such as business visions, requirements, and user interface designs.
Engage in the complete software development life cycle by actively participating on Agile scrum teams in various capacities such as Scrum Master, Business Technical Analyst, or Tester, adapting to the needs of the project.
Support requirements testing through documentation, defect management, and result analysis to minimize production defects and assess customer impacts.
Ensure compliance with necessary standards and obtain all approvals throughout the project lifecycle.
Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and managers, conducting requirement walkthroughs and sprint reviews, while providing accurate project status updates.
Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
EDUCATION Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field Substitutions 6 years of equivalent experience EXPERIENCE Minimum 3 - 5 years in Information Systems/Information Technology Preferred 1 - 3 years of experience in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies 1 - 3 years in the Health Insurance Industry 1 - 3 years in Healthcare LICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS Required None Preferred Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) Six Sigma certification Project Management Professional (PMP) SKILLS Strong analytical skills

$57,700.00 Pay Range Maximum:
