Join our mission to help people access the medicine they need to feel better and live well. We are seeking an IT Business Systems Analyst to play a crucial role in enhancing our specialty application, ScriptMed.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Ensuring a thorough understanding of business requirements and acceptance criteria.
Identifying and documenting enhancement scopes for assigned projects.
Developing detailed work plans and estimates based on project scope.
Interviewing stakeholders to elicit business needs and defining system requirements for software changes.
Engaging in configuration discussions to ensure requirements are met and obtaining necessary sign-offs.
Facilitating design review discussions to clarify requests and participating in Quality Assurance to review test cases.
Mentoring junior team members and contributing to the evolution of development processes.
Facilitating Scrum events and assisting in managing the product backlog.
Monitoring and reporting project status, issues, and risks.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
At least 2 years of functional system requirements analysis experience within ScriptMed.
Must be eligible to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) and healthcare regulations.
Knowledge of software development life cycle processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Visio.
