Support Engineering Technical Manager (Level K)Company:The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA), Customer Support organization is seeking an innovative and adaptable Support Engineering Technical Manager (Level K)to join our Illustrated Parts Catalog/Data (IPC/IPD) team in San Diego, CA. Position Overview:The ideal candidate will excel in this management role while also being an engaging and motivating people leader, including commitment to:Prioritizing the development and career growth of your employees and teamInspiring and empowering your team through collaboration, communication, and caringBuilding and nurturing an inclusive culture by seeking different perspectives, speaking up, and actively listening to teammates and stakeholdersEnsuring an emotionally safe work environment where employees can freely and proactively raise safety, quality and schedule concerns as soon as they are knownPosition Responsibilities:Manages employees developing, implementing, integrating and supporting customer training, support data, and field and engineering support in the area of Support Engineering.Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.Manages, develops and motivates employees.Work Authorization:This position is expected to be 100% onsite.
