We hope you will trust your future with Keyfactor! Keyfactor is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Web & SEO Manager to lead our global web presence. In this role, you will drive the strategy, optimization, and performance of our corporate website and affiliated open-source properties - overseeing agency relationships, guiding SEO and analytics efforts, and ensuring alignment with business goals across regions. This high-impact role requires a strong background in SEO, web analytics, and digital project management. You'll collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure our digital experiences are user-centric, scalable, compliant, and conversion-focused. While technical website updates are handled by our web agency, you'll oversee the roadmap and execution, ensuring the work is aligned with business objectives and delivered at high quality. Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive, global web roadmap to support business goals, customer acquisition, and regional relevance Oversee and manage the corporate website and open-source web properties (EJBCA.org, BouncyCastle.org, SignServer.org), with a focus on content strategy, SEO performance, and user experience Lead website projects from planning through launch, collaborating with design, content, product marketing, and web development agency Own website analytics and reporting using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager and SEMrush; translate insights into actionable optimization strategies Partner with our content team and outside agencies on SEO strategy and execution, providing keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and performance monitoring Plan and execute A/B testing and personalization initiatives to improve user experience and conversions Manage relationships and deliverables with web development, analytics and SEO agencies, ensuring projects are on time, on brand, and within scope Drive the website localization and translation strategy to ensure effectiveness across multilingual regions Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, security, content, and design teams to support campaigns, product launches, and events Coordinate with internal stakeholders in marketing ops, security, and compliance to ensure the website remains integrated, compliant, and up to date Monitor web performance, accessibility, and UX best practices to continuously improve digital experiences Stay current with digital trends and identify new opportunities to improve site effectiveness and innovation Skills and Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Web Development, or related field 7+ years of experience in web strategy or digital marketing Proven experience managing SEO programs and using web analytics tools (e.g., GA4, SEMrush, GSC, GTM) Strong project management skills, with experience leading complex web initiatives and managing external agencies Comfortable working in WordPress and managing website updates, even if technical development is handled by an agency Familiarity with translation workflows, localization platf
