If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as a Business Intelligence Engineer (BIE) in our Delivery Service Partner (DSP) Analytics team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing Amazon's DSP program through innovative data solutions. Our goal is to exceed customer expectations by ensuring efficient, accurate, and cost-effective order delivery. As a BIE, you will: Define comprehensive analytics roadmaps and collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage modern technologies and cloud solutions. Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of BI solutions focused on improving DSP performance and overall delivery quality. Manage projects from inception to completion, including stakeholder engagement, data gathering and manipulation, modeling, and delivering insightful communications. Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources using SQL, scripting languages, and other ETL tools. Create and maintain automated reporting and dashboards to drive data-driven decision-making across teams. Analyze and report key trends using statistical methods to inform broader team strategies. Utilize Amazon's array of data technologies effectively, identifying the right tools for each analytical task. Experience in programming, ETL, and analyzing large datasets. Solid knowledge of statistical analysis and design of experiments. Proficiency in AWS technologies. Experience in data science, machine learning, and data mining. Strong scripting skills for automation (e.g., Python) and advanced SQL capabilities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience bridging data and business requirements through direct collaboration with stakeholders.
