Software Engineer II - Data Platform Engineering
Be part of the team developing the central Data Platform for Max and beyond! From microservices to data lakes, Kafka to Kubernetes, GoLang to Java, we are looking for talented engineers like you to help us build robust, large-scale data processing systems.

We aim to enable unified analytics that foster data-driven insights, enhancing subscriber growth and engagement in the fast-paced digital landscape. Roles & Responsibilities: Develop high-quality data pipelines that maintain data integrity at scale using Kafka, Flink, and modern programming languages. Contribute to designing and implementing key features of our products, impacting millions of users. Utilize your expertise in software data structures and algorithms to create innovative solutions. Embrace your role as a self-starter, tackling complex engineering challenges independently. Uphold high coding standards while fostering friendly and respectful relationships within the team. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or 3+ years of relevant experience. 3+ years of professional development experience with languages such as Java, C++, C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Golang. Strong enthusiasm for working with high-scale data pipelines. Familiarity with AWS services like S3, EC2, IAM, Lambda, and Networking. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
