Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive execution and enhance strategies for high-traffic events.
Influence both offsite and onsite customer experiences during major shopping days.
Create compelling data stories that support event strategy and execution.
Engage with stakeholders to negotiate successful outcomes across multiple business units.

Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in an analytical field such as tax or finance.
At least 3 years of experience writing SQL queries and developing business intelligence reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Proven ability to define requirements and leverage data to generate actionable insights.
Experience with Excel and SQL.
Effective in making business recommendations and influencing key stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA is a plus.

Compensation:
The base pay for this position ranges from $106,400/year to $185,000/year based on geographic location, experience, and skills.
