Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive mid- and long-term strategic analyses by evaluating market and economic conditions.
Support advanced probabilistic simulations and mathematical projections considering crucial factors like tariffs, exchange rates, and freight costs.
Provide high-level strategic business guidance to executive leadership, transforming complex data into actionable insights.
Collaborate seamlessly with diverse teams, including Supply Chain Innovation, Retail Strategy, and Executive Leadership.
Drive optimization in supply chain operations through data-informed recommendations.
Contribute significantly to major initiatives that lead to strategic business advice.
Stay abreast of emerging trends and innovations in global trade and supply chain management.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of experience in tax, finance, or a related analytical field
3+ years of experience writing SQL queries and creating business intelligence reports using Tableau or Power BI
Proven ability to define requirements and leverage data and metrics to derive business insights
Proficiency in Excel and SQL
Experience in making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or equivalent experience
Background in business strategy
Experience as a financial analyst
Exceptional analytical skills to develop complex financial models and simulations
In-depth understanding of retail, fulfillment, and trade analytics data
Outstanding communication skills with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences
Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced, innovative environment

The compensation for this position ranges from $106,400/year in the lowest geographic market to $185,000/year in the highest geographic market, with total compensation reflecting various factors including location and experience.
