About the Role The Delivery Service Partner (DSP) Offer & Expansion team plays a vital role in our Last Mile Product and Technology organization, focusing on the strategic design, launch, and management of the DSP program globally. As a key member of our actuarial data science team, you will enhance our capabilities in pricing strategies, performance metrics, and portfolio economics. Your Impact In this role, you will:

Develop advanced pricing models to analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and performance drivers.

Conduct in-depth economic analyses to guide strategic product decisions.

Design and apply advanced statistical methods to evaluate and improve product offerings.

Collaborate closely with product leads to turn complex data insights into actionable business strategies.

Establish robust monitoring systems for tracking market dynamics and competitive intelligence.

Your Day-to-Day Your daily activities will involve a mix of data exploration, strategic analysis, and collaborative problem-solving. Expect to work extensively with complex datasets, develop predictive models, and convert intricate financial insights into actionable strategies. You will engage with cross-functional teams, challenge existing ideologies, and play a crucial role in product development. Qualifications Basic Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a data scientist or in a similar data-focused role, with a strong background in data extraction and analysis, statistical modeling, and clear communication.

5+ years of experience with data querying languages (e.g., SQL), scripting languages (e.g., Python), or statistical/mathematical software (e.g., R, SAS, Matlab).

A Master's degree in a quantitative field like statistics, mathematics, data science, business analytics, economics, finance, engineering, or computer science, or a Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of professional or military experience.

Experience with statistical models such as multinomial logistic regression.

Preferred Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in data visualization tools such as AWS QuickSight, Tableau, or R Shiny.

Experience in managing data pipelines.

Proven experience as a leader and mentor within a data science team.

Compensation The base pay for this position ranges from $143,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $247,600/year in our highest geographic market. Total compensation may include equity, sign-on payments, and other benefits beyond base salary. This position will remain posted until filled.
