Senior Business Analyst, Regulatory Intelligence and Analytics

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving data-driven insights that shape significant business decisions. As a Senior Business Analyst, your main responsibilities will include: Conducting proactive and reactive analyses to enhance business functions and improve customer experiences. Creating automated reporting solutions and dashboards using advanced BI tools such as Tableau and Quicksight. Partnering with various stakeholders, including Program teams, Legal, and Tech, to understand challenges and facilitate data-driven decision-making. Providing data support for business escalations and addressing inquiries using PostgreSQL and AWS technologies. Identifying trends through data mining and analysis to develop actionable insights for stakeholders. Designing and executing analytical projects with a strong foundation in statistical methods. Promoting the adoption of self-service analytics tools to empower stakeholders in independent data analysis. Building a network of senior leaders to align on business needs and visionary goals. Basic qualifications include: 6+ years of experience in tax, finance, or a related analytical field. 5+ years of experience in writing SQL queries and creating business intelligence reports. Proficiency in Excel and a bachelor’s degree. Experience in defining requirements and deriving insights from data. Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred qualifications: MBA and familiarity with large datasets. Experience using programming languages such as Python or R. Knowledge of AWS services like S3, Redshift, EMR, and Apache Spark.
