As a Software Development Engineer focusing on Demand Forecasting for Amazon Devices, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that the right amount of innovative products like Echo, Kindle, Fire TV, Fire Tablet, Ring, Blink, and Eero are available for our customers. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with a team to define, design, and build new features in our core services and user applications.
Drive systems architecture and write clean, efficient code while participating in code reviews and improving software development practices.
Analyze data and metrics to identify opportunities for system enhancements and build algorithms suited to manage large datasets.
Utilize Amazon's AWS infrastructure to develop robust systems that support our demand forecasting efforts.
Tackle challenging real-world problems by implementing industry best practices and leveraging sound judgement.

Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of professional software development experience.
2+ years of design or architecture experience with new or existing systems.
Proficiency in at least one programming language.
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of experience through the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operational aspects.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
